Refund Policy

We will fully refund your payments in case we:

  • could not complete set tasks and solve set problems;
  • non-delivery service
  • the agreed work was not started because of different unexpected or force majeure reasons
  • irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the service: although all the services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.

This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval;

  • product or services not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis with OssmiumTeam reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.

Please, remember if you do not approve initial sketches we present you the next variant in accordance with our agreement. If you approve the initial sketch and still are not satisfied with the final design when it is completed, we will negation possibilities to improve the design for your satisfaction within 2-7 revisions.
